We are based in Liverpool, Merseyside, however we cover the whole of the UK. 

No, we don't require you to pay a deposit. We do however, have a booking cancellation fee, where if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your time slot, you will incur a £50 late cancellation fee.

No, all of the content we shoot on the day is included in the price. Once all of the content is edited, this will be sent over for you to use.

We understand that your dog may be nervous around someone new, or is reactive. We start off the session creating a relationship with the dog, without diving straight in. If your dog is reactive, we are happy to maintain a distance so we can still get the best shots without distressing your dog. 

We set no limit to the amount of photos we take. This will be dependant on the subject, and the environment. We aim to take as many quality photos as possible within the time slot booked.
